Eligibility Indian Air Force Airmen Group Y Medical Assistant Intake 01/2027

Educational Qualification

Medical Assistant trade (For candidates with 10+2)	Candidate should have passed 10+2/ Intermediate/ Equivalent Examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English from Education Boards recognised by Central, State and UT with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and with 50% marks in English. or Should have passed two years’ Vocational Course with non-vocational subjects ie, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English from Education Boards/ Councils recognised by Central, State and UT with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.
Medical Assistant trade (For candidates with Diploma/ B.Sc in Pharmacy)	Candidate should have passed Intermediate/ 10+2/ Equivalent Examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English. In addition, Diploma/ B.Sc in Pharmacy with minimum 50% marks in aggregate with valid registration from State Pharmacy Council or Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) at the time of enrolment will be mandatory requirement.

Medical Assistant trade (For candidates with 10+2)

Age Limit

Medical Assistant trade (For candidates with 10+2) :

Candidate should be unmarried and born between 01 January 2006 and 01 January 2010 (both dates inclusive).

Medical Assistant trade (For candidates with Diploma/ B.Sc in Pharmacy) :

Unmarried candidate should be born between 01 January 2003 and 01 January 2008 (both dates inclusive). Married candidate should be born between 01 January 2003 and 01 January 2006 (both dates inclusive).

Photograph Image : Passport size recent colour photograph (taken not before one month from date of registration) of size 100 KB to 200 KB in .jpg or .jpeg format only (front portrait in White background without facemask and head gear except for Sikhs).

(The photograph is to be taken with candidate holding a black slate in front of his/ her chest with his/ her name and date of photograph taken, clearly written on it with white chalk in capital letters while looking straight at the camera with a relaxed face. Change in appearance like growing beard, head gear etc., in comparison to the photograph may result in cancellation of candidature for STAR online examination and Phase-II.)

Candidate’s Signature Image : Candidate’s signature image (Size 80 KB to 150 KB) in .jpg or .jpeg format only. Candidate has to sign on white paper with black ink pen.
Candidate’s Parent’s Signature Image : Candidate’s parent’s (Father/ Mother)/ Guardian’s signature image properly scanned and properly uploaded at a specified place (if candidate is below 18 years on the date of filling the online application).
Left Thumb Impression Image : Impression of the thumb should be properly scanned and uploaded (Size 50 KB to 100 KB in .jpg or .jpeg format only)
Candidate’s Live Image Capture : Live image of the candidate will be captured during the online registration
